The trip to KINETON !!!!

On Saturday!!!!! The trip to Kineton !!!! The 12th of April !

First we drive on the motorway from Clermont-ferrand to Calais...It's around 7 hours by car...maybe 800 kilometers! Then we're lucky, because we arrive in Calais at 3pm and our ferry ticket is for 3pm... but the ferry is a little bit late fortunately. Otherwise we miss it!!!

We carry on our trip on the ferry !

We arrive in Dover at 5pm... And we drive on the left til Banbury, which is our meeting place....

1100 kilometers and by 13 hours... that's why we're a little bit tired, but we're happy to meet our english host

Bon ce trip fut long mais très bon et de plus nous amenons le beau temps en Angleterre.... Pourvu que ça dure! Seul bémol le Saint Nectaire dans la voiture... il était temps d'arriver pour éviter le drame de l'odeur!!!! Mais nos amis anglais sont très contents de nos présents : Cheese and wine !!!! French tradition!
